NDBS can create your perfect work climate

National Design Build Services, LLC (NDBS) is a mechanical design/build firm specializing in air conditioning, heating, ventilation and refrigeration systems (HVAC/R).  With our knowledge and experience, we can design and install a mechanical system for your building to suit your needs from both a first-cost and life-cycle perspective.  NDBS focuses on the sustainable design of mechanical systems through the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program, with an emphasis on whole building integration.  Our process ensures that you receive the highest quality mechanical designs with unparalleled attention to detail. NDBS' team approach to design and construction is sure to meet your budgetary goals within your anticipated timeline.

The design and construction team at NDBS have over 50 years of combined experience working on a variety of projects including medical/surgery centers, manufacturing facilities, office buildings and refrigerated warehouses.  Our committment to quality and excellence is reflected in each and every one of our designs.  NDBS' approach to the design/build process has been successfully implemented in projects spanning 15 states nationwide.

At NDBS we recognize the value of Building Information Modeling (BIM) as an important tool for streamlined construction and the overall success of a project.  Emerging BIM technologies will also incorporate critical information for building owners and facility managers.  NDBS has the capability to produce highly accurate 3D models of our ductwork, piping systems and equipment for integration into a complete building model.  Construction costs are reduced by identifying areas of conflict early in the design process, limiting delays in the field and ensuring completion dates are met.
